Finished a two week run of clen and t3 @ 60-120mcg and 50mcg respectively. Does exactly what is supposed to do and dropped around 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Appetite was under control. With clen i had been sweating excessivley and the cramps freaked me out. Supplemented with taurine 5-10g, glutamine 10-15 g and minerals like Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium greatly helped with the cramps. Stuff is definitely legit and within few days I could notice the difference in fat loss and metabolism. Body temperature remained highter. Heart rate was faster too. Will take 4-8 weeks off before running another short cycle.
