When I bought my derma roller it said that it could be used once a week. I am getting more and more fine wrinkles, and have several age spots that I am very self-conscientious about. I am fair, but have what I consider tough skin. I can sit out in the sun for quite a while, and never get sunburned. I don’t scar easily, and heal pretty quickly. I even used Retin-A, and gave my face a generous application, with no effect or results. And that was done for a few months. Can I use the derma roller once a week? I don’t want to cause an adverse effect, but I do want to get results.
And, thank you very much for all the time and effort you have put into your site. It is GREAT. I am a first time user of a derma roller, and your site has everything I need to know about them.
Keep up the good work!
Hey @drashna:disqus, we’re certainly only reporting which drives work for our use-case. A lot of of folks find that it mirrors what they see out in their own anecdotal set-ups as well. We’re definitely putting a lot of load on these drives in our 24/7/365 environment, so home-use and even other server-use will not necessarily lead to the same results that we see. We’ll be releasing some raw data in the coming weeks, which should be interesting to some folks that are looking for specifics. As for temperature and vibration, we have other blog posts that explain what we see in our environment -> https:///blog/hard-drive-temperature-does-it-matter/ and https:///blog/enterprise-drive-reliability/ if you’re curious. Again though, all of that is for our environment, so mileage may vary for others!
